Summary: The place needs some TLC. For example, the ceiling light in the hallway was missing the glass shade. Our bathroom light only had bulbs in 2 or the 4 sockets. Paint should be touched up. And breakfast was absolute bare minimum. I threw away an orange that had turned green but was still in the fruit bowl.
